As we approach the holiday season, we want to highlight that these issues will happen due to the high volume of sales worldwide. While these delays are beyond our direct control, we’re taking steps to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.

We’ve tested express delivery during peak sales periods and can confidently say it works! For instance, we’ve seen packages delivered in under 24 hours across mainland Spain and Portugal consistently. At Robinsun, we track every shipment from the moment it leaves our premises until it reaches the customer, and notice possible delays very quickly. Immediate follow up with carriers assures no package gets lost, even if in some rare exceptions tracking a stray shipment down and getting it delivered can take more than expected.

Holiday season shipping special dates

During December, we will have special shipping days and express delivery options available. We offer express delivery for kits within mainland Spain and Portugal, and for batteries (without panels) in the Balearic Islands.

Regular deliveries will take place until Thursday December 19th, and will resume on January 7th. During the holiday period, If you make a purchase after the 19th we will dispatch orders on two specific dates: December 26th and January 2nd. This isn’t because we’re not working but because it’s the most efficient way to prevent delays in shipments. And who wants to spend the holidays tracking down a lost solar kit? Plan your purchases accordingly to ensure timely delivery! Should you want to receive your order after 07.01. but purchase early to take advantage of the promotion, please contact us and we’ll arrange for a shipment date after the holidays.

Shipping details

Once your order is processed, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email, followed by a "Shipping Confirmation" email with an estimated delivery date. This date is approximate and depends on the volume on those days.

Shipments are handled by external delivery companies, so any issues with delays, lost packages, or damage during transit are their responsibility. If a problem occurs, please contact the carrier directly, as calling us will only result in us contacting them on your behalf, leading to the same resolution. We’re always there to help, but have noticed that customers calling carriers directly solves possible delivery delays faster.
