After you select the kit you want to buy, at the checkout process you will see that the standard delivery is free within mainland Spain and continental Portugal. In other regions you will see the price of shipment. You also see an estimated delivery time window that varies depending on your location. For example, standard shipment to mainland Spain takes about 2-5 days, to Portugal 4-10 days for solar kits.
What is express delivery?
Express delivery follows a streamlined, faster process with prioritized steps. Orders marked for express handling are immediately prioritized in our order processing, moving to the front of the line for packaging and processing. Once ready, express orders are picked up by the shipping company and start the delivery. All express orders we receive before 12:00 CET are dispatched the same afternoon if all components are in stock. For a small fee you can add express delivery to your order, and will see reduced delivery times. Express delivery is becoming available on more items and to more regions. Due to the nature of our Products and their fragility, any shipment can only be made with carriers carefully selected by us. The shipping costs of your order will be calculated automatically and will be shown before making the payment, broken down together with the rest of the payment concepts. These shipping costs include the cost of packaging, shipping and handling, and vary according to weight, volume and place of delivery, depending on the carrier's rates in force at any time. Shipping policy
After your order is processed, you will receive an (“Order Confirmation”) email, then you will receive another notification (“Shipping Confirmation”) email once your order has shipped
In the order processing process, we will indicate an estimated delivery date, which will depend on the delivery address you have chosen and the availability of the product. The delivery period is counted from the moment you receive the shipment confirmation and, in any case, it is an estimated delivery date.
The delivery date cannot be scheduled, unless this option is enabled in the shipping confirmation or in the communications you may receive from the carrier in relation to your order.
Shipping destinations
Due to the fragility, volume and weight of our products, we do not ship to post office boxes or lockers. We need a physical address where the carrier can personally deliver the ordered product to you. We also need your correct contact details (email and phone number) so that the carrier can, if necessary, contact you at any time during the shipping process.
How do I check the status of my order?
If you order through our website, the shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. In any case, the availability of the order verification function depends on our carriers, managed by external collaborating companies who are responsible for this information being properly updated at all times.

What to do in case of incidents?
If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation or your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the condition of the item. If you contact us later than 3 days after receiving the shipment, carriers don’t accept complaints about the shipments. So please inspect your packages immediately when you receive them. We address incidents on a case-by-case basis, and will do everything possible to reach a satisfactory solution.
