The setup process

Log into your TSUN app (Talent Home) profile with the credentials provided in our installation  manual

Once logged in, follow these steps:

• Access the "Device List" option on the main screen of the app.

• Select "Config Network" to proceed with network configuration.

• Choose your WiFi network and enter the password. Remember that you need to select your 2.4 GHz WiFi network (not the 5 GHz one, see below).

• Select the micro inverter from the list and ensure it's highlighted with a green checkbox.

• Stay close to the micro inverter and press "Start Config". The process may take up to 60 seconds to complete.

3 common issues and how to easily resolve them

1. Not Using a 2.4 GHz WiFi: Ensure that you're using a 2.4 GHz WiFi network to configure the micro inverter. Most micro inverters operate on this frequency, and using a different one can cause connectivity issues. Check your router settings if necessary or simply contact your service provided company so they can make the corresponding changes.
2. Not being close enough to WiFi or micro inverter: Make sure you're in close proximity to the micro inverter during the configuration process. Being too far away can result in a weak signal and failed configuration attempts. Position yourself within a few feet of the micro inverter for optimal results.
3. Attempting configuration without sunshine: Ensure that the micro inverter is exposed to sunlight and connected to the panel installation during the configuration process. Without sunlight, the micro inverter may not detect the panels or establish a proper connection to the network.

As an additional tip, a general reset of app configuration can be done following the steps:

1. Uninstall App
2. Install App again
3. Login
4. Follow the previous instructions
